Ben leads field operations and brings hands-on experience across excavation, grading, and heavy equipment management. His background running sitework on residential and commercial projects across Utah County shapes how Stronghold approaches every scope — with practicality, efficiency, and an eye for what downstream trades actually need.

Mitchell oversees project coordination, estimating, and client relationships. He ensures that every scope is clearly defined before mobilization and that owners and GCs have visibility into progress throughout the job. His focus on communication and schedule management keeps Stronghold projects on track and crews productive.
